Stephen W. Brown, Ph.D., Edward M. Carson Chair in Services Marketing, Professor of Marketing and Director, Center for Services Leadership, Arizona State University. In his career as a professor, researcher and founding director of the Center for Services Leadership in Arizona State University's College of Business, Steve Brown has achieved international recognition for his work in services marketing, dealing with such issues as service quality, recovering from service failures and building services in product-dominated companies. A prolific researcher and author, Dr. Brown has co-authored and edited 20 books, and 150 articles. He is co-founder and co-chair of the International Quality in Services conferences held every year in Sweden or North America, a past international president of the American Marketing Association and is also a Winspear Visiting Scholar at the University of Victoria in Canada. He serves on the boards of Integrated Information Systems, NeoIT and OnPoint Systems. Dr. Brown resides in Tempe, Arizona.

James H. Duncan, Jr., retired President of Duncan’s American Radio.  This company produced reference books concerning the commercial radio industry.  Mr. Duncan served on the Board of Directors of the following companies:  Emmis Communications (EMMS), Price Communication (PR), American Radio Systems (ARS), American Tower Company (AMT), Stoner Broadcasting Systems, and E-Central and Neighborhood Links.com.  Currently Mr. Duncan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Community Foundation and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Museum of New Mexico Foundation.  He is also working on a three-volume history of the radio industry covering the years 1970 through 2006.  Mr. Duncan resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Frank Maresh, retired vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of KPMG Peat Marwick. He served on the firm's management committee and was Partner-in-charge of the Southwest Region. He retired from KPMG to become Chairman of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and presently is a consultant and investor in privately held companies. Mr. Maresh splits his time between Austin and Kerrville, Texas.

Edward M. McDonough, Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s DA&F Services Group. Mr. McDonough graduated with an M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, holds an ABV designation from the AICPA, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and an Associate Member of the American Bar Association. He has provided a wide range of financial and operating consulting services to public and private companies. His clients have included service related entities, manufacturing, retail/wholesale, real estate/hospitality, high-tech and government agencies. These clients ranged in size from small start-up companies to large publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. McDonough was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also served as Controller/CFO for companies in the real estate/hospitality development industries. Mr. McDonough resides in Chandler, Arizona.

James M. Reed, retired Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Union Camp Corporation. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of several other publicly held companies and is a former general partner of Vestor Partners, LP. Currently, he is a Trustee of Simpson College, Indianola, IA, and the Chairman of the Desert Foothills YMCA & Community Center in Arizona. Mr. Reed resides in Carefree, Arizona.

Frank H. Richardson, retired President/CEO of Shell Oil Company. He currently is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Baylor College of Medicine and Chairman of Baylor's Finance Committee. He is also a Director of Sysco Corporation and Chairman of Sysco's Finance Committee. Richardson is also an Honorary Member of the American Petroleum Institute Board of Directors. He resides in Houston, Texas.
