Mr. Chase is involved with Vestor's acquisition strategy, equity investing, financing, and investor relations. He serves on or advises the Boards of the portfolio companies of Vestor Partners, LP. In addition, Mr. Chase is a Trustee of Thornburg Investment Trust, the governing Board of The Thornburg Mutual Funds, the College of Santa Fe, and the School for Advanced Research in Santa Fe. He holds degrees from Principia College (BA), The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College (MBA), and Arizona State University (PhD).

Oliver, Managing Member of Vestor Associates, LLC, is involved in Vestor’s equity investing activities, including the identification, analysis, financing, acquisition, portfolio management, and divestiture of companies. Mr. Oliver has spent the majority of his career involved in corporate finance as both an intermediary and principal. He is the former CEO of a predecessor to Vestor. He has also served as CEO of a petroleum equipment distribution company and on the corporate finance staff of Morgan Guaranty Trust, where he directed and participated in numerous transactions. He holds a BE from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Owen School at Vanderbilt. Mr. Oliver serves on the Board of Directors of Vestor Partners, LP portfolio companies and serves similarly with other private companies.

			ROBERT L. CLARKE 713-221-1180 (phone) 713-221-1212 (fax) rclarke@vestor.com   Robert L. Clarke founded the financial services practice of the law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. From 1985 until 1992 Mr. Clarke served as U.S. Comptroller of the Currency. As Comptroller, Mr. Clarke headed the federal agency that charters and supervises all nationally chartered banks. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mr. Clarke has been involved with private equity investments in financial, manufacturing, and service industries for over thirty five years. He serves as a director of Eagle Materials, Inc., Dallas, and Stewart Information Services Corporation and First Investors Financial Services, Inc., Houston, all of which are publicly held corporations. He is also a Trustee of the Museum of New Mexico Foundation, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival and Rice University. Mr. Clarke holds degrees from Rice University (BA) and Harvard Law School (LLB).

Harding, III is a Managing Director of The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. and manager of the Cleveland, Ohio office. From 1969 through 1996, Mr. Harding held various positions in the trust industry, culminating in service as Chief Executive for Trust and Investment Management at Ameritrust Company and its successor organizations, Society Corporation and Key Corp., a super-regional bank holding company in Cleveland. Mr. Harding serves on a number of private and public boards, including University School and The Hanna Perkins Center. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BA) and Case Western Reserve University (JD).
